Have your say to help shape the future of Bromsgrove's Shopmobility

RESIDENTS are being urged to have their say to help shape the future of Bromsgrove’s Shopmobility.

The scheme, run by Bromsgrove District Council, currently provide short-term hire of wheelchairs and scooters to help users get around the shops, banks, cafes and other venues in the town centre.

Coun Shirley Webb, the portfolio holder for health and wellbeing, said Shopmobility delivered an important service for visitors and the authority wanted to ensure it suited users needs.

“It is vital we take opportunities to improve, look to the future and reflect on what we already do well, so if you are a Shopmobility customer, please have your say and help us shape the service for the future.”

Located in Churchfields Car Park, Shopmobility is looking at how it operates and wants customers’ views on what is important to them and any changes the service may need to consider in the future.
