TASTING sessions of the new Slimming World meals will take place at the Iceland Food Warehouse on the Bromsgrove Retail Park between 11am and 2pm next Tuesday and Wednesday, September 3 and 4.
Slimming World consultant Tracey Gardner who runs two sessions every Wednesday at Catshill Village Hall – 5.30pm and 7.30pm – will be on hand to talk about the meals, the SW plan and answer any questions.
Tracey is hoping to inspire local people to shed the pounds after she herself dropped from 13st 8.5lb to 10st when she joined her local group in July last year.
