Get a bracing start to 2023 with Rangers' four-mile walk in the Lickey Hills on New Year's Day

Bromsgrove Editorial 29th Dec, 2022   0

RESIDENTS wanting to blow away those cobwebs for the new year can go for a four-mile walk around the Lickey Hills on New Year’s Day.

It starts at the Visitor Centre, Warren Lane at 11am and participants are urged to wear sturdy footwear and layers suitable for the weather.

The walk will take in the views from Biberry Hill, Cofton Hill and Beacon Hill.

There will be rough sloping ground and possibly some mud in places but it is hoped conditions will not be too bad.

The walk – organised by the Rangers – is set to finish by 1pm at the latest.

Visit the Lickey Hills Facebook page for the latest updates, in case there are any changes.
