A NEW countywide online landlords’ forum will offer advice to owners of rental properties to help them understand the latest changes to regulations due to Covid-19.

The free event is open to all landlords and letting agents in the county and is being held on Tuesday 8 June at 2pm.

It is being organised by the six district councils along with the National Residential Landlords’ Association and will offer expert advice on the options open to landlords so they can get the best outcomes for both them and their tenants.

Bromsgrove District Councillor Shirley Webb, whose Portfolio covers housing, said: “This last year seen a lot of changes for the rental sector and as we travel along the Government’s roadmap to recovery.

“By working in partnership with the other Worcestershire Districts we are providing even more free, expert advice for our landlords which in turn will benefit our residents.”

Visit www.wyreforestdc.gov.uk/landlordforum to register for the event.
