A MAN has been charged with the death of a toddler in Northfield.
The 21-month-old girl was found with a head injury at an address in The Green, on November 19, 2017, and died two days later in hospital.
Sean Sadler, aged 31 of Coriander Close, Frankley, was arrested in 2017 on suspicion of causing or allowing serious injury to a child.
He was then arrested on suspicion of murder in 2019 and has today (Thursday) been charged with murder and wounding.
He is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court this afternoon.
A 30-year-old woman arrested at the same time was released without charge.
