Four from Birmingham charged with weapons offences and attempted theft of a vehicle in Hagley

FOUR people have been charged with theft and weapons offences after an attempted theft of a vehicle in Hagley.

The suspects were arrested on December 6 in Fairfield, Bromsgrove – the same day as the attempted theft.

A 17-year-old boy from Birmingham has been charged with attempted theft of a motor vehicle and going equipped.

Rehan Quayum, who is 18 years old and from Phillimore Road, Birmingham, has been charged with attempted theft of a motor vehicle, going equipped and possession of offensive weapon.

Shoaib Ali, aged 22, from The Green, Castle Bromwich, has been charged with attempted theft of a motor vehicle and going equipped

Ashur Ali, who is 18 and from Chipperfield Road, Birmingham has been charged with attempted theft of a motor vehicle and going equipped




All four will appear at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on April 11.
