Four fire crews called in to battle Bromsgrove barn blaze

FIREFIGHTERS battled a barn blaze which broke out in Bromsgrove at midnight.

Four engines attended the incident in Finstall, including two from Bromsgrove, one from Redditch and a water carrier from Evesham.

Four main water jets were used to extinguish the flames in the agricultural building which was housing machinery and bales of hay.

One fire engine is still on the scene this morning, damping down the area to ensure it does not reignite.
