FOUR people were arrested after a vehicle was stopped near Hagley.
It happened in the early hours of this morning
The four were held on suspicion of ‘going equipped to steal’.
A number of items were found including an electronic device used by criminals to steal vehicles.
Drivers are being urged to take precautions to prevent themselves from becoming a victim of car crime.
