FLY-TIPPERS dumped a load of rubbish in Hagley yesterday.
The load blocked Brake Lane before it was cleaned up and collected today by Bromsgrove District Council employees.
Hagley and Rubery Safer Neighbourhood Team has urged anyone who sees fly-tipping in their area to report it, along with any other details they have, such as dates, times, descriptions and vehicle registration numbers, by calling 101.
