FIVE people were arrested after police carried out a dramatic stop on the motorway.
It happened earlier tonight when officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit tracked down a car stolen from Staffordshire to the M5 near Bromsgrove.
At junction 4a, a TPAC manoeuvre was used by the officers to bring the car to a stop.
A TPAC involves police pulling their vehicles in front of, alongside and behind the car they need to stop.
After forcing the vehicle to a standstill, the five people in the car were detained of suspicion of theft of motor vehicle.
