DODFORD Children’s Farm is hosting its first open day in three years on September 18.
The charity normally hosts the fundraising event annually however they had to postpone activities due to Covid.
Kelly Broadfield, Manager at Dodford Farm said: “It was a really big fundraising event and it has been a big loss throughout the Covid years.”
The day will include performances from Rock Choir, Worcester Ukulele Club and Kirsty Purvis School of Dance.
There will also be a mixture of stalls, refreshments and activities throughout the day, such as a scavenger hunt and ‘welly wanging’.
The charity, which is not normally open to the public, offers residential and day visits to groups of schools in deprived areas and special schools.
The farm has also, in the past, provided its services to families who may need a holiday, which is on a referral basis.
