THE FIRST semi-final of this year’s Find A Star 2022 at Longbridge Social Club takes place this evening (Saturday, November 5).
Doors to the extravaganza – which features eight acts and more than three hours of live entertainment – open at 7.45pm with the action getting under way at 8pm.
The winner of the overall competition – decided in December – will win £1,000 with plenty of other cash prizes for the runners-up.
The remaining two semi-finals take place at the same times next Saturday and the one after, November 12 and 19.
The contest has been organised by Tony Maslen and the Rubery Festival.
Tickets for tonight’s semi-final are £5 for adults and £2.50 for children, payable on-the-door.
