TWO fire engines attended a blaze in a chimney stack in Alvechurch around 5.50pm yesterday.
The crews from Bromsgrove and Redditch extinguished the blaze, using chimney rods and small tools.
A fan was used to ventilate the building in Pestilence Lane and a thermal image camera was utilised to ensure the fire would not start up again.
