SEVERAL fire crews dealt with a horse box fire on the M5 in Worcestershire on Saturday.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service Firefighters from Bromsgrove, Droitwich and Bromyard, along with the water carrier from Evesham and a West Midlands Fire Service crew were called to the incident.
It broke out around 6pm in between Junction 4 (Bromsgrove) and Junction 3 (Quinton).
The horse box became engulfed in flames following a mechanical failure.
After extinguishing the blaze, the engine was dampened down with a water jet to prevent the fire from reigniting.
