Fire crews called to chemical spill in Bromsgrove after 40-litre drums were dumped by fly-tippers

FIRE crews and the police were called to a chemical spillage in Bromsgrove last night after nine 40-litre drums containing the liquid had been fly-tipped.

Firefighters from Bromsgrove and Droitwich attended the incident at 8.49pm.

It happened on the Birmingham Road, near the Bromsgrove Hotel and Spa.

The crews left the scene at 11.17pm.




Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101.
