THERE will be plenty of fine locally-grown produce on display at this year’s Finstall Fruit and Vegetable Show.
It will take place at Finstall Village Hall this Saturday, September 3.
Adults and children are invited to bring their prize fruit, veg, flowers, cake, craft or art for judging to put themselves in with a chance of winning a prize.
The show opens at 9am for people to come, bring their produce, view the displays and take part in activities.
Judging will take place between 12pm and 1pm, presentations of awards is at 3.30pm and the grand auction of all the produce and displays will be after that.
There will also be lots of fun for all with outdoor stalls, refreshments and music.
The organisers are excited to have the annual show back after several years, because of the Covid pandemic.
Finstall Village Hall Committee secretary Heather Evans said: “Come along and flaunt your fruit, unveil your veg and join in the fun.”
