TRIBUTES have been paid to the owner of a Bromsgrove garden centre who has passed away.
John Singleton from Singleton’s Nurseries died on November 8 after a brief illness.
A family statement on the business’ Facebook page thanked everyone for their nice comments.
“As you can imagine, this is all rather overwhelming for the family at the moment and it may be quite a long time before they feel able to read them.”
A book of condolence has been set up at the nursery for people to sign and share their thoughts and memories of John.
The statement added: “This will bring such comfort to the family in the future.
Thank you once again, John was such a wonderful man and so very much loved by all who knew him.
“As a family we are utterly devastated and we ask that our privacy be respected at this extremely difficult time.”
It added the details of the funeral would be posted soon.
