Exhibition of paintings at Bromsgrove Library extended to run throughout April

Bromsgrove Editorial 2nd Apr, 2018   0

AN EXHIBITION of paintings at Bromsgrove Library has been extended to run throughout April.

Saints and Sinners by Kevin Williams features images of individuals from recent and modern history who may at a period in time have been considered Saints, but later were seen as the opposite, or vice versa.

Some have yet to carve their paths in History.

The inks and wash pieces depict figures including Margaret Thatcher, Jeremy Corbyn and Bromsgrove MP Sajid Javid.

Pictures are £100 each with £25 going towards the cost of exhibiting and materials and a portion to the library.

The majority of the funds will go to Acorns Children’s Hospice.

Kevin is a keen amateur artist who has lived in Bromsgrove for 23 years.

He mainly uses oils and acrylics but has recently branched into inks and wash.

Email [email protected] to contact the artist who is available for portraits and commissions.
