EMERGENCY services were called to deal with a tractor fire in Belbroughton.

A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Bromsgrove Fire Station was called at 5:59pm on Tuesday (November 25) to a large vehicle on fire in Hartle Lane, Belbroughton.

A small fire in the cab of a tractor, caused by faulty electrics, had been extinguished before the arrival of the fire service.

The battery was isolated and a thermal imaging camera used with the area dampened down using a back pack.

There were no casualties and no other emergency services were required, and at 6.42pm, the fire service left the scene.
