TO DO their bit for the environment, eco-friendly students from Heart of Worcestershire College have been litter picking across their Bromsgrove campus.
The Eco Student Ambassadors have been busy picking litter from around their campuses in Bromsgrove, Redditch and Worcester.
Wanting to take some direct action and make a real contribution to helping the environment, the students decided to get their hands dirty.
Our Eco Student Ambassadors have recently been busy getting involved in litter picks that have taken place across our Bromsgrove, Redditch and Worcester campuses!
The Eco Student Ambassador team said that they wanted to take some direct action and make their contribution to helping the local environment.
Following the litter picking events, one student said: “I’m shocked at how much litter we managed to collect in such a short period of time.”
Another student said their litter picking inspired them to help organise further events to target different areas and have a lasting impact further afield.
