A DRIVER who only had a provisional licence was stopped by police in Rubery and failed a drug swipe test at the scene.
The incident happened yesterday when the motorist was pulled over by officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit (OPU).
The driver was arrested and was also found to be in possession of cocaine and cash which was seized, along with the vehicle.
