DRIVERS are being urged to park sensibly and not obstruct footpaths.
The warning comes after officers ticketed this car found to be blocking the pavement in Barnt Green.
The motorist will now have to pay a fine as vehicles blocking pathways can be particularly problematic to parents with pushchairs, wheelchair users and those who ride mobility scooters as it may force them to go into the road.
Hagley and Rubery Police said: “Park with consideration to other road users or you may receive a fixed penalty fine.”
