FIREFIGHTERS have rescued a driver trapped inside their vehicle in floodwater in Hollywood.
It happened at 9.26am this morning on at Houndsfield Lane Ford, Truemans Heath.
Fire crews from Bromsgrove and Redditch attended.
After the motorist was rescued they were checked over by paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service.
A yellow warning from the Met Office for heavy rain across Bromsgrove, Redditch and the rest of Worcestershire is currently in place until the early hours of tomorrow morning.
Worcestershire Highways has since closed the ford.
