THE driver of a stolen car in Bromsgrove initially failed to stop for police before eventually grinding to a halt.
The cloned BMW 2 series, which had been missing since February, was recovered by police yesterday.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “The disqualified driver briefly failed to stop before thinking better of it and parking in the garage. It will be a long walk home.”
