Driver forced to stop by police on the M5 near Frankley Services had amphetamines on board

A DRIVER was dealt with for possession of a Class B drug after police forced a vehicle to stop on the M5 near Frankley Services.

Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit used a TPAC manoeuvre last night to bring the car to a halt.

A TPAC involves police pulling their vehicles in front of, to the side of and behind a target car.




A quantity of amphetamines were discovered on one of the vehicle’s seats.
