Driver caught using handheld phone at the wheel in Rubery had no insurance

A DRIVER caught on a handheld mobile phone at the wheel in Rubery was found to be also driving without insurance.

The discovery was made earlier today when officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit pulled him over in this BMW.
