A MAN was arrested after being found almost five times over the legal drinking limit in Bromsgrove last night.
Police spotted the 58-year-old, from Rednal, trying to drive off in his car on Barnsley Hall Road at 7.45pm.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “The driver was heavily intoxicated and provided a breath test reading of 159.
“The legal limit is 35.”
The man remains in custody.
