Dodford First School's Alice wins Bromsgrove MP's Christmas card contest

A YOUNGSTER from Dodford First School has shown her creative side after winning Bromsgrove MP Sajid Javid’s Christmas card design competition.

Alice’s card, which will be the main design on the front, will be sent out to by the Home Secretary to all his contacts.

Hundreds of pupils from schools and nurseries across the district took part in the contest.

The runners-up, whose designs feature on the back of the card, include the talented Hannah and Ella from Charford First School, and Molly, from Coppice Primary School.

Mr Javid said each year he looked forward to seeing the designs the children produced.
