A TEAM from Dodford First School won gold in the annual Bromsgrove Hockey Festival, writes Henri Bujard.
Youngsters from school years three and four across the district took part in the competition with Dodford notching up an impressive 5-0 win in the final.
The win confirms Dodford’s place at the Worcestershire Games, which will be held at Bromsgrove School later this year.
A second team from Dodford also managed to earn a place on the podium, successfully securing bronze.
