THE NEW store which will take up residence in Bromsgrove’s former Iceland store has been confirmed, along with the addition of between 12 and 15 new jobs.
Maxi Deals is a discount variety store covering ranges across food, cold drinks, toiletries, cleaning, pet, homewares and seasonal items.
It also offers an online rewards / loyalty scheme and celebratory opening offers.
Work is currently under way to convert the building on Mill Lane and it is anticipated the store will open later this month, although no definite date has been confirmed.
Iceland closed its doors in January, redirecting shoppers to its bigger Iceland Warehouse store on the Bromsgrove Retail Park, Birmingham Road.
