Details of the Armistice Day commemorations in Bromsgrove and Rubery

THURSDAY, November 11, marks Armistice Day and the end of the First World War.

Commemorations will be taking place in Bromsgrove and Rubery.

Bromsgrove

There will be a short service at the Odd Fellows Memorial on Bromsgrove High Street, led by Rev Ray Khan, the vicar of St John’s Church and Royal British Legion chaplain.

It starts at 10.50am with a two-minute silence at 11am.




 

Rubery

An Act of Remembrance will be held at 10.50am outside St Chad’s Church, including a two-minute silence.
