WORCESTERSHIRE County Council’s Resident Roadshows’ next stop will be Bromsgrove Market.
On Saturday, December 3, from 9am to 3.30pm the sixth roadshow of this year aims to find out what matters to most people living in the area by answering and asking questions.
At the event, there will also be opportunities to explore how Council Tax monies are spent on services, information about the Council’s Corporate Plans like Shaping Worcestershire’s Future and team members from the public health team encouraging everyone to keep moving.
Coun Simon Geraghty, Leader of Worcestershire County Council, said: “It has been brilliant bringing the Resident Roadshows back to events across the county this year and it has been great to see residents come and speak to our Council staff and Councillors about the issues that matter most to them in their local communities.
“We have also introduced the digital roadshow, this allows us to get more feedback from across the county, reaching those residents who may not be near a roadshow event, whilst also helping us to inform more people about the functions of the County Council.”
This year, the information being shared at the events has been made available online, alongside an opportunity to comment for those who have not been able to make the events.
