THE SCHOOL choirs from Beaconside and St James’ are busy tuning up their voices ready to perform at this year’s Rubery Christmas lights switch-on next Saturday, November 30.
They will be joined in the entertainment line-up by Free to Dream, singer Emma Nuule and the Rubery Singers.
Father Christmas and a Runaway Tree Fairy will also be heading to the event from 3.30pm to 5.30pm when the plunger will be pushed and the village illuminated.
