KIND-HEARTED youngsters from four nurseries raised a fantastic £2,000 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity.

It was generated in a Fun Week last summer by Cotton Tails Nurseries in Northfield, Rubery, Hagley and Quinton. The cash will be used to provide children who are undergoing spinal and orthopaedic oncology surgery, with the opportunity to experience enhanced play and recreation facilities during their stay.

Lisa Daniels, nursery manager at Cotton Tails, said: “We are extremely pleased with the amount we raised with the circumstances we faced, with not being able to carry out normal fund-raising events.”
