Cotton Tails nurseries donate items to Northfield foodbank

A LARGE amount of food items has been donated by the four Cotton Tails Too Nurseries.

Kind-hearted staff and children at the four settings always try to support as many charities as possible and usually raise funds in the summer for Birmingham Children’s Hospital and CRISIS at Christmas.

After the team got together and chatted about issues affecting local areas, they discussed how the cost-of-living crisis was impacting people.

Nursery manager Lisa Daniels said: “We decided to pick a local food bank and encourage all staff and parents to donate whatever possible.

“Across our four settings we have all been collecting for the last month and have a large quantity of food now ready to be delivered to the Northfield Community Partnership.”

She thanked everyone at Cotton Tails in Northfield, Cotton Tails Too in Rubery, Cotton Tails in Hagley and Happy Days in Quinton.

“We are certain this will make a big difference,” added Lisa.
