POLICE managed to recover a classic car within 24 hours of it being stolen from Bromsgrove.
The ‘W’ reg Ford Escort 1600 Sport was taken from Stoke Prior on Wednesday.
And after the call was put out, officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit managed to track it down yesterday.
Two people were arrested and released under investigation in connection with the theft.
The classic car has been sent off for forensic examinations.
