A MASKED man stole a cash box in a robbery on a security guard in Longbridge town centre yesterday.
The raider approached the guard, pushed him to the ground and took the box just before 11.20am in the High Street.
He then made off in a black car driven by a second man.
The security guard suffered an injury to his hand but did not need hospital treatment.
West Midlands Police are investigating the incident and have appealed for anyone who witnessed it or anyone with any information to call officers on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
