Cash and remote stolen as thief breaks into car parked in Hagley

CASH and a remote were stolen when a thief in a hoodie broke into a vehicle on a driveway in Newfield Road, Hagley, at 4.30am last Tuesday.

The thief, wearing a hoodie, struck at 4.30am on Newfield Road when the vehicle was parked on a driveway.

Hours before, sometime prior to 2am, thieves tried to steal a trailer parked on a driveway but were disturbed and were forced to flee empty-handed.

Th attempted theft happened in Hawthorn Coppice, just a mile away from where the other incident took place.




Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
