A BROMSGROVE opticians is hosting a bake sale to raise funds for charity later in April.
The Specsavers along the high street will offer a selection of cakes and drinks to visitors in a bid to boost funds for Epilepsy Society. The cake sale will take place on Wednesday, April 17.
Bromsgrove Specsavers are rounding out a three month awareness and fundraising effort with the cake sale. Their efforts have previously seen them take on the Challenge 100 where they covered 100 miles by walking, running, cycling and go-karting.
“We have been overwhemed by the support we have received while fundraising for Epilepsy Society, a charity that is very close to our hearts,” said Mark Gibson, store director at Bromsgrove Specsavers.
“We now want to invite both customers and the wider community to come together in a final push to raise as much money as possible for the charity.”
