Bromsgrove's Meadow Park under-14s win Division One league title

MEADOW Park under-14’s won the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League Division One league title after beating the division’s top two teams in a double header.

The Bromsgrove club beat Coleshill Town Colts under-14’s 3-1 before then defeating Solihull under-14’s TR 3-0 to clinch the title with two games left to play.

And the club’s youngsters have won 13 of their 16 league matches to date with two draws and one defeat with a County Cup final on the horizon next month as they aim to complete a league and cup double.

The club, who play at Harris Brush, will face West Hagley Juniors (West) in the cup final on Sunday, May 15.




The team are sponsored by Birmingham-based company Knotweed Services and are managed by Benjamin Bevans who are both extremely proud of the team.

Meadow Park was opened in 2012 by former Aston Villa and Birmingham City pair Craig and Gary Gardner.
