A BROMSGROVE woman will ‘brave the shave’ to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support tomorrow (Saturday).
Victoria Truman said she wanted to face the clippers to support a worthwhile charity which did so much for people living with cancer and their families.
“I think everybody in their life will sadly experience directly or indirectly the horror of cancer,” she said.
“Thankfully I have not suffered any of this in my life but the statistics are frightening.”
She has set herself a target of £500 and has already raised around £350.
Victoria is also hoping to donate her hair to the Little Princess Trust so it can be made into wigs for youngsters who lose their hair whilst receiving treatment.
