BROMSGROVE residents are being encouraged to put on their dancing shoes and take part in the Primrose Danceathon to raise funds for the charity.
The Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre is hosting the dance fitness marathon at Bromsgrove Sporting and Leisure Centre on June 25 to raise vital funds to support families and people living with life-limiting illnesses.
Everyone is welcome to the family fun event which will feature dance styles for all ages and abilities including disco, line-dancing, jazz, zumba, sh’bam and yoga.
Gabby Haines, the Primrose’s fund-raiser and event organiser, said: “We are really looking forward to this year’s Danceathon.
“Its set to be a fantastic event with five local dance instructors offering a variety of classes, participants are in for a real treat.”
The organisers hope people of all ages and dance abilities will get together and have a great time.
“All you need to do is bring your best moves, have fun, and let your dancing steps make a difference for Primrose Hospice,” said Gabby.
