Bromsgrove Sporting set for Easter 'egg-stravaganza'

Bromsgrove Editorial 24th Mar, 2024   0

BROMSGROVE Sporting Football Club will be hosting its annual Easter egg hunt ‘egg-stravaganza’ at the Victoria Ground from 10am to 2pm on Sunday, March 24.

There will also be a number of other activities taking place, including bunny petting, pony rides, a chocolate bunny raffle (donated by Broad Street DIY), the Midlands Air Ambulance, face painting, Easter arts and crafts and an ice cream van.

Some of Sporting’s footballers may also be present and, for anyone needing refreshments, the main Rouslers Bar will be open with J20s on special offer at 50p per bottle.

Each participant can explore behind the scenes at the Victoria Ground following an orienteering trail around the stadium to get the clues by answering a series of questions to help find the Easter bunny landmarks on a child-friendly map.

At the end of the trail, each child will be presented with an Easter egg surprise.

The trail will take around 30 minutes to complete. Entry is completely free but some of the other activities may incur a small cash fee.

Immediately after the event, Bromsgrove Sporting Ladies have a league cup match against Inkberrow Ladies, kicking off at 2pm, for anybody wanting a football fix that afternoon.
