AN OPEN day is being held at Bromsgrove Sport and Leisure Centre this Saturday, July 16, following the gym’s refurbishment, writes Aimee Lempriere.
A wide range of activities will be available for people to try.
Lloyd Barraclough, manager of Everyone Active Bromsgrove, has urged people to come down and try some of there fitness classes.
He said: “Whether you have children to keep entertained, want to kick start your health and fitness journey with a health check, or just want to come down and have some fun with friends at one of our most popular fitness classes – we’ve got some thing for everyone.”
Among the activities offered are swimming lesson tasters, family swimming, spa treatment tasters, free personal training taster sessions, gym kit demos and health checks.
People will also be introduced to the new equipment, Body Pump, group cycle, virtual cycle, pilates and many more.
