BROMSGROVE Police recovered a stolen Ford Focus less than 24 hours after it was stolen from the West Midlands.
The car has now been secured and will undergo forensic examination to help identify those responsible for taking the vehicle.
Following the incident, West Mercia Police said it continued to work closely with neighbouring forces to track down criminals quickly and keep communities safe.
Officers said the information from the public and its vigilant played a huge part in helping the force do that.
They urged anyone concerned about car or home security to contact officers who regularly held drop-in surgeries across Bromsgrove district. There, people can get practical advice and support.
