THE BROMSGROVE Pensioners’ Fair organised by town MP Sajid Javid will return on November 22 and organisations which want to have a stall there and sponsors are being urged to come forward.
This is the fourth year the event will have been held and it attracted more than 500 older people.
The event, which will take place at Parkside, enabled attendees to make new friends, get ideas for new hobbies and have a better knowledge of the services, societies, clubs and charities which can help older people.
It is free for both attendees and exhibitors and is a non-political event.
Mr Javid said: “Last year saw a record turnout, with more than 50 exhibition stalls manned by a range of outstanding local organisations – from Artrix to AgeUK.
“This year’s event will be the biggest and best yet. I look forward to seeing you there.”
