BROMSGROVE MP Bradley Thomas has announced his popular Pensioners’ Fair will be returning to the town.
The free event, sponsored by Excool, Right at Home and The Gables Care Home, will take place from 10am to 2pm on March 26 at The Ryland Centre.
So far 30 exhibitors have confirmed they will be at the fair to provide retirees with free information.
Among them will be Right at Home, Age UK, the NHS and many more.
Mr Thomas said: “My Pensioners’ Fair is back, ensuring retirees in Bromsgrove and the villages can access vital help and support, especially at a time when the cost of living is continuing to bite.
“There will be 30 exhibitors on hand to provide free information and to showcase their services.”
He urged people to head down to the event.
Mark Appleton, managing director of Right at Home, said he was really excited to be part of the event.
“The Pensioners Fair enables older members of the community or their families to find information about a range of services, activities and events available to them.
“There will be over 30 organisations with tables and each of these providers is able to provide free advice and signpost to the attendees to services that will make their lives easier.
“However, the event is not just about showcasing services and information but is also a social event and provides the opportunity to meet up with friends in the community at the same time.”
He added they were looking forward to seeing as many people as possible.
