BROMSGROVE will be out on the floor on Friday, November 11 when Lickey End Social Club will be holding its Northern Soul charity fund-raiser.
All the funds from the evening will be going to the Basement Project, a charity which provides young people under 25 with a safe environment to help them with any problems they are experiencing.
The event will be run by ‘Out on the Floor’ charity events, with people able to groove to their favourite Northern Soul classics between 7.30pm and midnight.
The DJ’s will be spinning all vinyl at the event, and there will also be plenty of songs to enjoy for lovers of 2-Tone, Ska, Mowtown, reggae and more.
Out on the Floors previous Northern Soul events at the Social Club has seen them raise over £600 for Bromsgrove Blue Cross.
The event will be free to enter although donations are welcome.
