A SHORT parade and service, along with a two-minute silence, will take place at the Bromsgrove war monument in Crown Close, at 6pm tomorrow to remember The Late Queen Elizabeth II.
And, at 6pm next Saturday, September 17, a Service of Thanksgiving will take place at St John’s Church in Bromsgrove.
The announcement was made by Town Crier Kevin Ward at the Housman Statue in Bromsgrove High Street this morning, following yesterday’s devastating news.
He was accompanied by Bromsgrove District Council Chairman Rod Laight who spoke about the book of condolences available at the Council House offices at Parkside.
People can enter the building via the front entrance or the library.
Coun Laight added: “I know the people of Bromsgrove and district will want to show their grief and respect for the wonderful Queen Elizabeth the Second.”
