Bromsgrove District Housing Trust (bdht) has received an award for nurturing employees and prioritising their well-being.
The housing provider announced its receipt of the Gold Investor in People Award which recognises organisations who promote a healthy work-life balance and provide training and development for employees.
The company have received the accolade for the second time, improving its status from a silver award three years ago to the gold standard.
Emma Morris, head of people at bdht said: “We are thrilled to have achieved the Gold Investor in People Award, which acknowledges our commitment to investing in our workforce and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.”
She also emphasised the important role of bdht’s employees, highlighting their hard work and the organisations priorities to remain a positive workplace for employees.
Bdht manages over 4,500 properties in Bromsgrove and is the regions second largest employer.
